Rainbow Ranch was originally part of a spectacular 16,000 acre ranch, known as the Hildreth Ranch, on the famous Beaverhead River. Rainbow Ranch controlled about 2 miles, both banks of the River, and critical associated riparian area. ROW consulted to Mr Hildreth on many matters before his sale of the Rainbow Ranch to other clients of  Row, and the balance of his ranch to a high tech executive. Row performed acquisition services, land planning, some minor resource improvements, and supervised grant of a conservation easement on Rainbow Ranch for the owners. Rainbow Ranch was sold in 2004.
