Indian Creek Ranch
TERRIFIC: Indian Creek Ranch sports innumerable large springs, and three perennial creeks, Indian, Cordory, and Hidden. The Ranch is about 1300 measured acres, plus a 40 acre federal lease. It’s estimated 6000 surface acres enjoy 3 ecosystems, large aspen stands, immense meadows at the base of remarkable rock spires and secret canyons, all just about 3.5 hours from Denver. More or less contiguous to LaBonte Canyon Ranch, Indian Creek enjoys a many mile border with, and access to tens of thousands of contiguous remote and rugged National Forest lands. Phenomenal elk and antelope hunting can be enjoyed. Two of four planned ponds have been constructed, an fishing is excellent for both brown and cut bow. There are a number of upland spring developments and tanks for wildlife or livestock, and four more planned. Stunning rock formations, on the edge of expansive Downey Park, Indian Creek is a most unusual mixture of geography, topography, and abundant water.
Controlled burns in conjunction with Wyoming Fish and Game, fencing, additional ponds and
spring/tank/pipeline projects, and introduction of new, but indigenous forage grasses in the expansive meadows are but a few of the ongoing projects at this wild and wonderful Wyoming Ranch
