There are few feelings in the world like seeing a piece of land, and “just knowing” it’s right.  That daunting search for a special recreational, farm, ranch or rural property, is complete.  Now the work begins.

Thirty-seven years and property acquisitions too numerous to count have taught me three things.

1. Each property, each seller, and each deal no matter where located is unique.

 There was this 350 acre or so dry land basin on a ranch of ours.  Views were magnificent, and it tucked to the folds of the Tobacco Root foothills, majestic eleven and twelve thousand foot peaks framing the high desert scene.
